In questo processo di sviluppo dell’identità femminile nel attuale contesto sociale, ma soprattutto in quello futuro, l’educazione gioca un ruolo fondamentale. Educare le donne e più in generale la capacità collettiva, al ascolto, alla presa coscienza di questo fenomeno, nel riconoscerlo e nel sostenere e orientare le vittime.
Un lavoro di promozione dell’identità della donna nel rispetto dei diritti umani universali, incominciando dalle famiglie, scuole, strutture sociali,ecclesiali,sportive, universitarie, la stampa, insieme agli Stati e istituzioni pubbliche e private.

Proprio dentro le mura familiari, il luogo dove si esercita maggiormente la violenza, e che viene anche subita e trasmessa ai figli, dobbiamo fare maggiore attenzione e dedicare progetti mirati a prevenire e limitare il diffondersi della violenza.
la Violenza sulle donne è un problema del tutto strutturale, che pretende una loro dominazione, alla discriminazione nei loro confronti, non permettendo quindi la loro piena emancipazione.
L’impegno quindi è quello di raggiungere l’eguaglianza tra i sessi e l’empowerment di donne e bambine.
